(L.A.) Isidro Rios Jr., 34, Died at a Walmart Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Latino male that occurred at a walmart parking lot.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Isidro Rios Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP ISIDRO RIOS JR. (October 1, 1990 – June 18, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
