The coroner’s office has identified the man as Irvin Mancia.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Campos.

The address belongs to Verdugo Bar.

According to the LAPD, the victim was involved in an argument with an unknown male when the suspect exited from a nearby parked vehicle and shot the victim multiple times. An arrest has been made.

Video description: Northeast Division patrol officers responded to the Verdugo Bar located in the 3400 block of Verdugo Road shortly before 2 a.m. for reports of a shooting involving two victims.
When officers arrived at the scene, they located one gunshot victim deceased and another reportedly shot in the leg.

According to the LAPD, the suspect male Hispanic and two male Hispanic victims were involved in a verbal altercation at the location. During the dispute, both victims were struck by gunfire. The suspect fled the location.
