Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 78-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hutch Hutchings.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Heart Failure, Atrial Flutter
