Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Black female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Hilda Harper-Vassell.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis

RIP HILDA HARPER-VASSELL (May 18, 1981, June 3, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 15.

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA. She was of Ghanaian descent.
