Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Hilary Fraser-Thomson.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Inhalation of Products of Combustion

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:10 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on October 7.
