Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Hispanic/Latin American male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Hernan Garcia Gabriel.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 5:44 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
