Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Latino male that occurred in a walkway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Herbert Martinez.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:29 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.
