Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Latino male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Heladio Arzate.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

RIP HELADIO ARZATE (November 21, 1980 – February 10, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 9:38 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
