(L.A.) Guillermo Nuñez, 52, Died From a Polydrug OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Guillermo Nuñez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:55 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
