Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gregory Nicola.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP GREGORY NICOLA (January 1, 1984 – March 16, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 11:55 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
