(L.A.) Gilbert Perry, 67, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gilbert Perry.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cerebrovascular Stroke

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine (Clinical)
