Cause of Death A: Sepsis with Multi-Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Bilateral Pneumonia

Cause of Death C: Influenza A Infection

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension with Congestive Heart Failure

The decedent appears to have been taken to St. Mary Medical Center on February 21.
