The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gerry Holt.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Anderson.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 6:55 a.m.

The archdiocese has in its 2022 archives of homeless deaths a man named Gerry Holtz [sic], but there is no record of a Gerry Holtz dying in the county that year. The homeless man being referred to must be this Gerry M. Holt.
