(L.A.) Gavin Harmon, 19, Died from Fentanyl

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the teenager as Gavin Harmon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication
