Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Garrett Villegas and listed his race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian + Latino.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:35 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
