The coroner’s office has identified the man as Garold Schlenker.

Cause of Death A: Acute on Chronic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Bacteremia

Cause of Death C: Pneumonia

Other Significant Conditions: Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, Dysphagia
