(L.A.) Frederick Caldwell Jr., 40, Died From Polydrug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Frederick Caldwell Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP FREDERICK CALDWELL JR. (August 23, 1984 – November 13, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 10:52 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
