(L.A.) Francsico Menjivar, 45, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Francsico Menjivar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Ethanol

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of History of Hypertension, High Cholesterol and Diabetes Mellitus

RIP FRANCSICO MENJIVAR (May 13, 1978 – June 11, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:33 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 28, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
