Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Francisco Haro Jimenez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intraparenchymal Hemorrhage, Left Temporal Lobe

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Traumatic Head Injury

Cause of Death C: Fall at Home

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Cirrhosis of the Liver, Hepatitis C, GI Bleed (History Of), Alcohol Abuse, Past Heroin Abuse (On Methadone)
