The coroner’s office identified the man as Francisco Alvarado of Rialto.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Blunt-Force Injuries

Cause of Death B: Motor Vehicle Collision

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Francisco Alvarado Gaona.
