(L.A.) Francis Colin-Mendoza, 24, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old Hispanic female [sic] that occurred in a vehicle.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Francis Colin-Mendoza.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound to the Head

According to the GFM organized by Stephanie Colin, her sister was “brutally killed in a shooting outside her apartment.”
She worked at the shelter here in Venice she was a really sweet girl that really loved her job, it’s such a shame
I really had a lot of respect for this young girl that she was a Latina female making her way in society with a positive step.i hope she has justice and they find the shooters , she didn’t deserve this that’s for sure rest in peace Francis it was nice knowing for the brief time we got to share with you here in Venice everybody misses you condolences to the family of

Francis is sorely missed. She was the brightest spot here in the shelter when she worked in the evenings and was so kind. Always bouncy and joyful. Always saying hello to everyone. Her loss her is immense. My sincere condolences to her family.☹️☹️☹️☹️🙏🙏🙏
