Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 80-year-old female of Caucasian ethnicity that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Francine Eason.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Myocardial Infarction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Clinical Cardiac Tamponade Due To Coronary Artery Perforation, History Of Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus
