The coroner’s office identified the woman as Francine Eason.

Cause of Death A: Acute Myocardial Infarction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Clinical Cardiac Tamponade due to Coronary Artery Perforation, History of Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus
