The coroner’s office identified the man as Fidel Muñoz Jr..

The decedent was shot in the Palms-Culver City area at around 8:20 a.m.

It was in the 10200 block of Washington Boulevard, across from Sony Pictures, near Beverly Hills Auto Body, where the man worked.
