(L.A.) Feliciano Velez, 63, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Hispanic male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Feliciano Velez.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death: Gunshot Wounds to the Torso

Although the news opens with saying there was an argument, this is not true, my father was on his way to pay a mass or eat at a local restaurant. This murderer was in a hunt and pulled my father, my father is sick, he had multiple conditions, diabetes, he can’t see well, he can’t hear well and he can’t walk well he is extremely handicapped.
