(L.A.) Fabio Sementilli, 49, Died in Woodland Hills

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a yard in Woodland Hills.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Fabio Sementilli.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Stab Wounds

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:09 p.m.

The decedent was a famed hairstylist. His wife Monica was convicted of the murder in 2025. She apparently plotted the crime with her lover Robert Louis Baker.

A third suspect, Christopher Austin, was convicted as one of the two men who physically carried out the killing. Austin allegedly conspired with Baker and both entered the home after Monica allegedly left a door unlocked. Prosecutors stated that Austin helped restrain and stab Fabio during the attack, which was staged to look like a burglary.

As of April 2025, three people, including his wife, have been convicted in his death.
