The coroner’s office has identified the man as Exford Ashman.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Diabetes Mellitus
