(L.A.) Emanual Espinoza, 35, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Emanual Espinoza.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Amphetamine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure; Cerebrovascular Disease

RIP EMANUAL ESPINOZA (January 31, 1990 – March 18, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:18 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 14. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
