Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Eva Hipolito.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
Other Significant Condition: Medical History of Substance Abuse

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 8:07 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
