(L.A.) Chico Fowler, 56, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Chico Fowler.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, and Amphetamines

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 2:59 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
