Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a freeway on-ramp.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eugene Bojarski Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine Intoxication
