Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Latino male that occurred at a police station.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Erick Rubio. Born in L.A. County.
Height: 5 feet 6 inches. Weight: 160 pounds
Manner of Death: Undetermined
Cause of Death A: Asphyxia
Cause of Death B: Self-Inflicted Entrapment

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:10 a.m.
The decedent appears to have been in the custody of County Sheriff’s deputies at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility. He was found dead inside his cell.
He was most recently arrested and booked on May 1, 2023.

He died in the sherriff’s custody after he should of been released. He shouldn’t have been there after he served his time PERIOD!!!!!
