The coroner’s office identified the woman as Elizabeth Caraballo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
