Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eladah Turner.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP ELADAH TURNER (April 21, 1948 – August 21, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:08 p.m.

This was either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as E. Frantz Turner.
