(L.A.) Ayinde Stanley, 45, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Black male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Ayinde Stanley.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:47 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.

The decedent’s name appears to be Nigerian.
