The coroner’s office identified the man as Edward Olivas.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Congestive Heart Failure and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:01 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back negative for substances.
