Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a garage.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eddie Lucio.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

RIP EDDIE LUCIO (October 11, 1981 – March 26, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:00 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
