The coroner’s office has identified the man as Douglas Kramer.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Cigarette Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:10 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 12.
