Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Doss Aguirre.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure, Clinical

Cause of Death B: Methamphetamine Intoxication, Clinical

Other Significant Condition: Cardiomegaly

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
