(L.A.) Donald Serrato, 54, Died For Polydrug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donald Serrato.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Phencyclidine, and Methamphetamine

RIP DONALD SERRATO (July 23, 1970 – November 22, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:50 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
