The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donald Henry.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Atrial Fibrillation with Rapid Ventricular Response

Cause of Death B: Pneumonia

Cause of Death C: Acute Kidney Failure

Cause of Death D: Prostate Cancer

Other Significant Conditions: History of Transient Ischemic Attack, Dysphagia, Hypertension
