Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dominic Dorsey.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:43 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) is a synthetic drug possessing both stimulant and mild hallucinogenic properties.
