Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 66-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dennis Sloan.

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:28 p.m.
