(L.A.) Dennis Matul, 21, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Dennis Matul.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Fentanyl Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s name as Denis.
