(L.A.) Declan Fary, a Baby, Died in a Hospital/Polyclinic

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital/polyclinic.

The coroner’s office has identified the infant boy as Declan Fary.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hypoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Sequelae of Suffocation

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 11:46 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 18.
