Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Davon Tyler.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Alprazolam Toxicity

RIP DAVON TYLER (August 27, 1991 – March 12, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:43 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 14, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
