Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Raysh, registered resident of Keswick Street in West Hills 91304.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Diabetes Mellitus (Type Unknown)

Other Significant Conditions: Ethanol Use, Recent Fentanyl Use

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
