Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office identified the man as David Pugh. Born in L.A. County.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Acute Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication
Other Significant Conditions: Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, History of Methamphetamine Use
