(L.A.) David Morgan, 69, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as David Morgan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian, later changing it to Middle Eastern or North African [sic].
