(L.A.) David Hofmans, 81, Ended His Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 81-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Hofmans.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Suffocation

RIP DAVID HOFMANS (January 27, 1943 – July 3, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:32 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 16.
