(L.A.) Daniel Schoen, 35, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Schoen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Alprazolam, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Morbid Obesity, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, and Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:52 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
